Status of the petitions are pending and decisions are expected in October or November 2023. Trademark infringement is the legal matter on all cases.
2022 and 2023 Fifth Circuit Appellate Briefs
Between 2022 and 2023 The Law Firm of Melanie Finch PLLC filed four Appellate Briefs with Yanaros Law PC. The legal matters included sovereign immunity and trademark infringement. We won on sovereign immunity. Judgments on trademark infringement were appealed based on circuit split on a point of the Lanham Act.
